1. Terms and conditions and privacy policy

These General Conditions apply to the https://loja.omilagredefatima.com website, and there may be specific conditions for certain services made available through the https://loja.omilagredefatima.com website.

Access to the website constitutes acceptance by the user of these Terms of Use and General Conditions, which are in force from the date of their first access to the website.

PACIS VRBS -TURISMO, LDA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If the user does not agree with the proposed changes, he/she may stop using the website https://loja.omilagredefatima.com.

2. Payments, Shipping Methods, Returns and Refunds

Validation of the purchase order implies that the Customer has taken note of and expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use, available for consultation at www.loja.omilagredefatima.com. The data recorded by the O Milagre de Fátima Interactive Museum constitutes proof of all the transactions carried out between the Online Shop and the Customer. It is the Store's responsibility to archive the electronic document formalizing the contract and keep it accessible, and it will be kept for the purposes associated with the commercial transactions that have taken place.

As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you can immediately ask for it to be changed, or even for the purchase to be canceled.

4. Returns

  1. The customer has 14 days to return the product or cancel the contract, without additional costs or the need to specify a reason. Terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14
  2. Under the terms of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, the user must bear the return costs. To this end, the user must return their order within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt by contacting our customer service via the contact form. You may do so provided that the following conditions are met:
    • Presentation of the product purchase invoice.
    • The product must be delivered in the same condition as it was sold - without scratches, external damage or signs of use and in perfect working order, packed in its original packaging.

To do so, the Customer must contact Customer Support at info@omilagredefatima.com or by telephone at 249406881, who will provide all the information on the exchange process. Under no circumstances should the Customer send the items to the Museum without having made prior contact, as they will not be received.

After contacting Customer Service and being given instructions on how to return the item, you can send it to us duly packed in its original packaging at the following address:

All items will be checked on arrival at our service and will only be accepted for exchange or return if they comply with the return conditions.

5. Refunds

It must be made by the same means of payment used for the payment, without prejudice to the customer, within a maximum period of 14 days. If the refund is requested using a different method, you will not have to reimburse any additional costs. MIMF reserves the right not to accept items that do not comply with the return conditions.

Refunds will only be made once the condition of the product has been checked.

PACIS VRBS -TURISMO, LDA strives to respect the best practices in terms of security and protection of personal data, promoting actions and improving systems in order to safeguard the protection of the data made available to us by our Clients.

By using and browsing our website, filling in our forms and providing data directly or indirectly, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and General Conditions and any other specific terms, policies and conditions. By providing your personal data, you consent to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of such data in accordance with the rules set out herein.

7.1 Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

PACIS VRBS -TURISMO, LDA also collects location data, with the prior consent of the Client, without prejudice to compliance with applicable legal regulations.

PACIS VRBS -TURISMO, LDA is particularly concerned with the protection of the rights of minors, which is why the collection of personal data from minors under the age of 18 is dependent on the consent of their parents/guardians. To this end, when collecting data from minors, the e-mail address of the parents/guardians will be requested to confirm that they consent to the processing of the personal data of the minors in question.

7.9 What security measures does PACIS VRBS -TURISMO, LDA take?
